1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of General Distributor’s online platform and the purchase of apparel products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.Products & Pricing

All products sold are directly provided by General Distributor. Prices are listed in NPR and may be revised without notice.

3.Order Acceptance

Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. General Distributor reserves the right to accept or reject orders based on stock availability, payment verification, or other legitimate reasons.

4.Payment Terms

We accept digital payments, bank transfers, and wallet payments. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment validation.

5.Delivery

Delivery timelines vary according to customer location. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.

6.Return & Exchange Policy

• FOR HYGIENE REASONS UNDERWEAR, PANTIES & SOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
• NO CASH REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.
• Exchange is possible only within 15 days from the date of purchase at the same store for any outerwear / loungewear.
• In case of an exceptional scenario where the return of the product is permitted by the company on grounds of product defect or any other valid reason, the ORIGINAL BILL COPY along with the Credit Card slip (In case of payments done by credit card) need to be retained and produced. The product brought for exchange should be in saleable condition, with tags& MRP price intact with its packaging material as at the time of purchase.
• We have taken utmost care to ensure only the best quality products reach you at all times. In a rare instance of a manufacturing defect in any of our products, we shall exchange the same for you after analysing the garment. Your concern shall be addressed in 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product at the store.
• Please do get in touch with customer care through the numbers mentioned above, to know more on how to return the garment.
• Please follow wash care instructions mentioned on the packaging.

7.Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after item inspection and issued to the original payment method.

8.Intellectual Property Rights

All content, images, and branding on the platform are the property of Page Industries Limited and may not be used without written consent.

9.Limitation of Liability

General Distributor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted under Nepal law.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
